1. Replacement of lighting fixtures will only be carried out in its original packaging for up to 14 business days.

2. Repair of any type of lighting fixture will be repaired only in the laboratory, at Hachshar Yishuv 9, Rishon LeZion.

3. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the lighting fixture for repair/replacement to Hachshar Yishuv 9 Rishon LeZion.

4. Installation of lighting fixtures will be installed only by a certified electrician to receive the warranty.
